Reviews daily cash activity reconciliation between internal Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports from the ERP system, and transaction details from online banking platforms, covering 7 bank accounts across 5 operating companies and 4 financial institutions (including both international and local currencies).

Collaborates with local office AR staff and the Corporate AP team to resolve discrepancies and issues.

Reconciles month-end bank statements to General Ledger (GL) balances, including preparing journal entries to record cash movements, bank fees, and interest transactions.

Supports the monthly financial closing process, including the recording of standard journal entries, performing account analysis, and providing necessary support.

Ensures a strong internal control environment by standardizing business transactions and monitoring routines carried out by field personnel.

Engages regularly with internal customers such as General Managers, process owners (AR, AP, Payroll, IT, etc.), functional supervisors, and operations staff, addressing their needs and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Assists with the preparation of annual financial statements and supports bank audits, as well as compliance projects.

Approves accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Handles tax filings to ensure compliance with regulations and avoid overpayment.

Communicates effectively and professionally with colleagues, management, clients, and others, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Adheres to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
